Luminus Announces Interim Executive Director

The Board of Directors of the Luminus Network is pleased to share that it has retained the services of Dr. Seema Agarwal-Harding to serve as Interim Executive Director while it conducts a search for Luminus’ new CEO. Dr. Agarwal-Harding has more than 30 years’ experience in leadership, organizational development, strategic planning, community initiatives, and more. She holds a PhD in International Education Development from University College, London, in the UK, and conducted post-doctorate studies at Oxford University with a focus on human diversity, equity, and family self-sufficiency. She has worked with UNICEF, USAID, the World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank, as well as Catholic Relief Services, Save the Children, and the IRC.

“I am thrilled to be a part of this organization, doing such important work to help immigrant families succeed,” Dr. Agarwal-Harding said. “As a person of color and naturalized citizen myself, I understand the challenges that families face as they make this country their new home.”
