Event ‘More than Hope’: meet three more artists!

Let’s create a brighter future at ‘More than Hope’ – a multicultural event supporting refugees and asylum seekers!

Immerse yourself in the transformative power of eloquent speakers, soul-stirring music, and enchanting dance performances, all addressing profound themes of belonging and social injustice.

Today, want to introduce three more extraordinary artists who will grace our event:

Dance Alchemy: Led by Jackie Dailey, Director for the past two years, the Haitian Dance group combines peace work with dance. A haven for all, regardless of size, age, gender, ethnicity, orientation, or ability level, they cultivate purposeful dances promoting peace worldwide. It combines world rhythms and movements from Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

Jóvenes en Acción: A Latin American folkloric dance led by dancers, choreographers and educators from Monterrey, Mexico. The participants engage in an arts-based dance program emphasizing Latin American identity, culture and heritage.

Studio Artemis Collective: Middle Eastern dance group that creates a bridge across cultures and empowers womenthrough strong technique and a rich movement vocabulary, all while learning about the history and cultures that birthed this ancient art form.
