Luminus Celebrates National Volunteer Month

As April unfolds, so does the spirit of giving and gratitude. At Luminus, we’re deeply thankful for the incredible volunteers who fuel our mission of compassion and community support. This National Volunteer Month, we’re shining a bright spotlight on the remarkable individuals who dedicate their time, energy, and hearts to making a difference in the lives of others.

Today, we honor Gayle, Jay and Leslie, and Madiha for their outstanding contributions to our community.

Gayle’s dedication to giving back stems from a profound sense of faith and abundance. Her words, “I volunteer because I like to give to others. I have plenty and my faith drives me to share that,” resonate deeply with the essence of National Volunteer Month.

Jay & Leslie stand out as champions of hope through their initiative, “More than Hope,” offering support and solidarity to refugees and asylum seekers. Their unwavering dedication bolsters our own mission at Luminus.

Within our Luminus family, Madiha illuminates the path towards unity and cultural exchange. As a Commissioner on the Asian American & Pacific Islander Commission of Howard County, Madiha fosters connections and organizes enriching cultural events, inspiring us all with her words of unity and courage.

As we conclude our National Volunteer Month series, we invite you to join us in embracing the power of service and spreading positivity. Let’s continue to serve together, spreading kindness and making a tangible difference in the lives of others. Thank you for embodying the true spirit of volunteerism. Together, we shine brighter.
